yep, video sucks though LOL… was my first of these events, will do better next year with the positioning of cameras and mics. at least stuff is getting out there from this year. so far i have seen NO ONE else putting out anything other than a few of the individual speakers. polite society podcast streamed the whole thing but how many will try and consume it that way?

i think they had the mic gain turned down lower on the second day too… i kept thinking that while sitting there, thinking hey, this doesn’t sound as loud as yesterday. and it was a smaller group of people the second day too so should have been less crowd noise and more audible… so they had to have turned it down a bit. will address that next year as well.
