Ruger Customer Service đź‘Ť

I recently purchased a new Ruger rifle and I was looking to buy a spare firing pin, firing pin spring, and extractor spring. Nobody had aftermarket parts available, so I called Ruger customer service to order the factory spares. I had ordered direct from Ruger in the past and the process was simple over the phone. As usual, the parts were available and they agreed to ship the next day. I then asked if she was ready for my credit card information and she said, “No charge today. We are glad that you are enjoying the new rifle.”

This was my third positive experience with Ruger customer service :+1:

I’ve had to use their customer service a few times…they are a stellar company when it comes to taking care of their customers!

SIG should take some lessons from Ruger.

I have only had one experience with Ruger CS and it could not have been worse…

I’ve only ever heard good things about Ruger CS. Fortunately I’ve never had to use them, but if I ever need to I sure won’t worry.
