Red Flag Laws as this do nothing to prevent violence of people upon others. If someone wishes to do so there are numerous other ways to do so as using a vehicular, knife, bat, ect. After reading this it makes me sick with disgust. You can be deemed a risk just for using alcohol. This is made to allow for pretty much anyone who is human to have their guns taken away.

1.) Are the people armed.
2.) Are the people resistant to government overreach.
3.) Have the people the will to resist tyrannous laws?
4.) Do the people have technology within one generation of the government forces.
5.) Are the young men still taught to be men.
If you can say yes to more than 3 you probably have 20 years until you fall. if you can say no to more than 3 and number four is no they are you 5 or less years. All other equations with a confirmed Plutocracy end in dictatorship in 10 years.
