S&W Thunder Ranch .45ACP Revolver

He didn’t dare shoot it single action

My first choice

Well think it was because S&W is known to have one of the best double action triggers out there. And Clint Smith would probablyvhave frowned on his using a "self defense weapon " in Single Action mode like a person would while hunting.
Jerry Micelek always shoots double action . I dont know if I ever seen him use single action. I think he has like 30 world titles

In all fairness , I love single actions and prefer them above double action but I wouldnt turn down a double either.
Take a wheel :wheel: over a square :black_large_square: 3 to 1

Severe stupid here.
The idea of the wheel gun is what women say, longer is better.

You are stunting a revolver than would normally not have a case length restriction like an ACP.

Well, the concept here by thunder ranch was to produce a carry weapin that could be used with the same ammo as a .45ACP pistol . Thuse leanding itself to easy ammo find and similar performance from back. Possible the revolver functiining as a backup or rather a side by side double with no ammo confusion.

I think it would have been more interesting, in 45LC, but that is probably just my bias speaking.
