Sean Flynn, Errol Flynn’s son

Sean Flynn was a B-movie actor until he became bored with trying to replicate his father’s success. He became a photo-journalist & was hired by Time to cover the Vietnam War in the late 1960’s. In 1970 he & a fellow journalist went into Cambodia to cover the recent action there. They were captured by the viet cong & turned over to the Khmer Rouge. Various reports said they were held for nearly a year until being executed by the KhmerRouge. Many people over the years tried to find his remains. Reports that they had been found turned out to be false. He is one of the many still missing from that crummy war.

A first-rate mini-biography. Too bad the ending did not score a bit higher on the respectful scale, it did with me, so long
