So I figured maybe there was an open house or something going on?
Anyway, I’ve been looking for a decent gun forum to hang out and this looks like a pretty good place. I promise to keep my feet off the coffee table. I’m terrible about forgetting to use a coaster though.
So, about me in a nutshell… At least as firearms go:
Been shooting since I was 5.
Not a fan of plastic guns.
I’ve never met a caliber I didn’t like
I have reloaded off and on for a few years but still have questions.
On that note, I’m waiting for the day primers become more readily available again.
Same goes for ammo. It’s getting easier to find but still way too pricey.
I shoot local club matches for USPSA when I get the chance. Would like to shoot a state or regional match someday but I need more practice.
I have serious G.A.S. (Gun Acquisition Syndrome) My wife tries to help me keep it in check but fails most of the time.
I try to avoid “safe queens.” I buy guns to be shot, not to sit around and look pretty.
I carry daily and try to hit the range at least once every couple of weeks depending on work.
Anything else you want to know, just ask. I’m pretty much an open book.
I have a wild, hillbilly uncle who lives down thataway somewhere. I think he’s somewhere around Little Rock but not positive. He moves a lot to stay ahead of the Revenuers. I’ve been down there a few times. Beautiful country.
