Did not know this, I always considered it a fundamental compound lift.

We lifted a lot back 30 years ago, did all that stuff. n
bulked up pretty decent and then life happened. now i only lift spoons and forks.
I never got into a lot of lifting really , just for martial arts/combat sports. I never really got into it though I think the most ive ever benched waz 300lbs at around 180lbs. And that took a few years of 5x5 lifts.

Whisky is like an instant reverse to loosing physical health/fitness
Working to turn that back around, sure not as quick but after a month I’m beginning to see a positive change, sad thing is I’ve ridden this wagon before and know that, plan to strap in better this time
