Juggalos are the product of inbreeding between distant cousins, not quite as bad as “wrong turn” or “Deliverance” but bad enough to tell there is an extra chromosome involved.

It is legal. I have had mine for 5 years or so. You aim for soft tissue and if you hit bone “ and the top retracts you just have a normal tactical pen.

It’s was a ten year appreciation gift for being an active member & supporter of the Buckeye Firearms Association.

Something that I didn’t know about nor was I expecting to receive such a thing from them. It just showed up in the mailbox today, which I thought was pretty darn cool.
