HB 1380. http://tnga.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=414&clip_id=17071&meta_id=400071 I’m watching this video now. So far they have 5 different witness speakers, all of them against the amendment, including the Sheriff’s office.
Nope, make that 6 witnesses, now the Highway Patrol. It’s not looking good for this bill. You would think the author of this amendment 005892 would have brought some people in to speak in support of the amendment.
I hope this passes though.
