The 9th Circuit doesn’t have the greatest record on what happens when their rulings are appealed to the higher court.

All they do is pass on 2A cases. It wild be nice if they actually started to rule on them

I think they may have been passing on them because of the makeup of the court, now that it is more 2 A friendly, maybe we have a chance. Of course, Roberts will sell us out and you know which way the 3 bitches will go. Let’s keep a happy thought, the 9th gets overturned a lot.
