If I was paying for delivery on top of that price I’d have it delivered to the top floor of an old building with no elevator.

After it drops though all the floors I’d put wheels on it and tow it home.

Look at the bright side. After spending 20k, you probably won’t be able to afford guns to put in it, but at least you can live in it.
