I feel like Vortex, Primary Arms, and Sig Romeo 5 are hard to beat at this price point and to be fair PA and Vortex have better reputations than Bushnell overall.

Don’t sell Bushnell short. I have many of their optics, I love my SMRS 1x6.5’s and after returning the first one the second TRS-25 has been running for 7 years below zero or at a 100 with many thousands of road miles. I have a couple of their tiny Lil’P prism scopes and so far love them. My 4.5x30XRS is a bad ass scope for the grand I spent, don’t pay msrp on them! You just have to look before you leap, they do have a pretty extensive lower tier line and it shows in the glass.

I do like the look of the new optic, but I don’t think anything can touch the quality of the TRS-25 at the ~$70 price point. I’ll save the price difference and buy a ton of batteries with the savings.
