Phantom Haze DIPA from Boulevard Brewing in KC Missouri. Has a mild citrus aroma with a hint of bread dough behind it. Taste starts with that juicy fruit gum flavor with mango-papaya mixed in. Tails off to a pithy citrus with a touch of malt. Sweet juicy flavors with just a little bitter at the end to balance.
Galactica DIPA from Clown Shoes in Boston, Mass. A hint of lemon lime aroma but mostly get a malty fresh beer smell. The malty bread dough flavor outpaces the hops up front but it quickly goes to an old school hop bitter. If you think the name means you will get a classic galaxy hop flavor you’re not. More what I have tasted in west coast IPA’s with Cascade hops. Never been a fan of the old school IPA’s and this one fits that bill.

What’s wrong with “Mexican”? Dang it if I just can’t keep up with what’s PC anymore.
My woman is Mexican , her family all calls it Mexican food when telling me about it.
They are not really liberals though, at least not most of them.
