Tonight’s teen class was on the book of Isaiah chapter 1. I got to say isaiah reads like poetry. That ain’t a good thing for a guy like me. I’m more of a 1+1=2 guy. It’s also hard to understand the meaning unless you understand the history of what was going on in Isreal at the time of his prophecy. Oh well that just means i have to study more to be able to present it to the kids in a way that doesn’t put them to sleep. It’s a great bunch of kids and it’s very rewarding to spend my evening sharing God’s word with them.
