We did this constantly in the Army… “Washer drills” its good trigger discipline practice.

Maybe, but this exercise will improve that. Just try it a few times before bed for a month. I bet after a month of this you could do ten pulls!

yea. I have noticed some dexterity in my hands going away. I try to keep up with drills like this to keep my competition days going.
