Yeah, this was a pretty cool thing that happened during the nearly 8 hour floor debate over Constitutional Carry in the Texas House of Representatives.

This was great to see.
I do believe that there is an ulterior motive, though. I will predict that this same provision will be in a bill to legalize marijuana in Texas at some point. I would have no problem with that either.
