Politics is heavy, sickening, divisive and destructive
If you find you’d like to ease out of it even just a bit you can mute notifications from
categories that are heavy with them, newsroom comes to mind
another option is to play around with your default view
all of that and more can be found in your preferences settings

There’s only the mute which only stops notifications, the little green pop-ups
well i only had one i was gonna put on it anyway.
This thread comes up from a PM I had expressing frustration with the political threads,
I’d like everyone to get something from this forum, if you wish to stay out of it,(politics) we do have the DND you can post in your threads
and that go’s for politics, if you’re the OP and don’t want it in your thread just make it known, the leaders can help to enforce that request if needed
There’s plenty of room here to separate about anything really, lets all be respectful towards
each others views and opinions

Difficult to keep politics out of a gun forum completely , we would if we could. Unfortunately, due to the CONSTANT threats & attacks on our freedom & right to own guns by politicians, the two are hopelessly intertwined like 2 horny drunks at closing time. Ignore feature is ok, a separate political area would be better. ALL POLITICAL CRAP could only be posted under the politics category. Leaders WILL ENFORCE that, keeping the rest of the forum politics free.
