I machined, etched, and anodized this 80% lower in my garage. If you try this at home wear safety equipment. Sulfuric acid and electricity is not too be trifled with. 
I used a Bridgeport Mill for the machining, a salt and vinegar chemical etch, and anodized in a bucket of sulfuric acid hooked to a battery charger. And generic crayons for the color fill. I had to color fill because it’s Trogdor! Enjoy.
