Besides, without actual accuracy skills and excellent recoil control, high capacity doesn’t help anyways.

Yup, that’s where I was going with the question. He, if it actually was a he, just didn’t ring true. I was thinking maybe a fake news person trying to get mud for slinging. But I’m naturally very distrustful.
