Wouldn’t that make training courses, REQUIRED by the state of VA to obtain a CCW, themselves illegal???

I can already see their defense:

“No your honor, we don’t violate the Constitution as we allow CCW. No your honor, we believe there is no Constitutional right to training…”

The unattended consequence to this is all those ranges will close and people’s livelihood gone in a blink of an eye.
