Lotsa dust on this one.

How do these come up? Does someone choose to bump them by some unseen method, or does the software automatically pick them at random? Just curious, not writing a book.

It is software, I have some categories set to a higher threshold than others, some have none,
Open carry is one per day, many are revived nicely which I like to see, some are closed, never to be bumped again
