You have to stop regurgitating that, more laws or modification to existing ones is not the issue, its a recipe to a worse situation, we have laws already available, what we don’t have is anyone who’s not paid off to stand up and enforce them, and if you were in the situation where on one hand you were offered financial comfort, and on the other hand offered an open aired limo ride down a parade route you might find a loss of interest to enforce them yourself.

My best advice, look out for numero uno first, learn how to play

That is in and of itself everything in a nutshell.
The only way those streets will get clean is if they d3cide to let the public start cleaning up there own neighborhoods.
I said before it will take those who live there to drive the ones that are ruining there neighborhoods OUT !!
The police arent going to do it cause there are Too many laws restricting them. Thats why the laws need to be written to take back America the tough guaranteed way. When a cop can go to prison for arresta onown drug addict who dies during the process. Then there is no solution. The other problem is they are let out its a revolving door.

I take issue again, more laws will only serve a police state, not liberty.

We have laws, lots of laws, what we don’t have is people who grasp what of the people and for the people means, its been a long slow process but society is now effectively emasculated and impotent, we had power from the beginning:
