I like it when people stop shooting and come over to shoot yours lol
only when it is BYOB
Bring Your Own Bullets?
yes
I remember back when I owned a early .454 casull and a friend reloaded for me. When you only have 50 cartridges, but every one wanted to pull the trigger when you were on the range…
Yummy.
Oh and to add the barrel fits absolutely perfectly so no additional modification is needed. Such a beautiful thing.
Look at my Militaria Collection.
Odd ball is an understatement.
YES it is a Disease.
But I aint lookin for a cure.
You and me both!!
yeah I have a Remington 15. Not weird or rare in and of itself but the caliber is. 30 rem ar. Remington doesn’t even make or support it anymore. Might just let that one go
Go to Ammo Seek and there is a lot of fodder for it.
Better than 7.7 Jap. and cheaper too.
yah don’t bother looking in my closet…
only good thing is the wife likes the oddball stuff even more than me.
That is where @Caw is.
Ok I’m better and hopin to hit the range this week!
Never seen a sight like that.
Interesting concept.
Whats it called and how does it work?
It’s called a Guttersnipe sight, A creation from Paris Theodore. Here are a few more pictures of mine and a few links you can hear and read about the ASP.
That is very cool!!
And a VERY RARE gun also.
Do you have the special case as well?
Have you tried using it?
If nothing more than trying to aim it?
I dont think I would want to shoot that gun with it being so rare.
Like to hear your opinion on it.
Freakin Awesome either way!!!
I always wanted the Safari Arms Enforcer. They were out about the same time as the ASP.
I have all original cases, books and documents for them, I have shot one of them and the sight actually works very well. Accuracy is great and very fun to shoot.
Paris Theodore (ASP maker) and Charles Kelsey (Devel Maker) were both very good gunsmiths, and had some pretty neat visions that lead the way for today’s compact pistols.
And we can’t forget the Detonics either, one of my favorites.
The Safari Arms were great pistols and I loved the designs. I regret selling mine.
