Got to give this some thought about how to best pull it off for her. Honey and maple syrup augment our organic sugar consumption quite a bit and prices have gone through the roof.
I is skeered of bees, so that’s a big ole NOPE from me.
Bee’s need fed in the winter. Other than that they are pretty low maintenance.
What the heck do you feed them? like Purina bee chow or similar?
Sugar water
My grandpa would rob wild bee trees when I was a kid . Some of the honey was as dark as molasses . In my wanderings in the woods I have found some of the old trees . You could tell because they would put a sheet metal patch over the hole that was cut . I wont do it myself because I am allegic to bee stings . I also helped make molasses all the way from planting cane to boiling it down .
Figures lol
Sugar water
Bwahaha i giess I could have kept reading responses.lol sorry shooterrex
I have helped make maple syrup . It takes 40 gallons of maple tree sap to make one gallon of maple syrup. It is boiled down slowly stopping at the precise moment . It can not be left unattended at the last part.
